Executive Chef Por
Born and raised in Northern Thailand Chef Por started his culinary journey working with exotic spices and flavors training his palette to find the freshest and tastiest ingredients. After gaining experience in Thai cooking, he started exploring new ideas and flavors in his travels throughout southeast Asia, Miami and New York before honing his skills as a sushi chef. His mission is to bring an updated modern take on sushi and contemporary Asian dining to the Orlando area.

Wanida or “Gift” was given this nickname for her ability in the hospitality and management area. With her vast experience from her travels through New York, San Francisco, and Miami she brings experience from many different backgrounds. Growing up she has always had a passion to find the perfect cocktail to pair with her food. With over 10 years’ experience in the front of house working multiple positions she has polished her skills to provide guests with the best dining experience they can have. Combining her passion of design and food she has assisted in creating a menu that would sure to excite your taste buds.
